| Before we put any Network Q car on the forecourt, we look carefully into it's background |

| Essential checks include: |

- Car identity: the details of your car are checked to ensure they match the manufacturer's description and the details originally recorded by the DVLA.
- Outstanding finance: your car is checked to ensure that it is not subject to any outstanding finance agreement.
- Never written off: checks establish that your car has never been subject to a total loss claim i.e. written off by an insurance company following major damage or theft.
- Stolen cars: your car is checked to ensure that it is not recorded by the Police as stolen or missing.
- Mileage: the vehicle is checked to verify the recorded mileage.
- Vauxhall Recall Register: if your Network Q car is a Vauxhall, it is checked against the Vauxhall Recall Register to make sure any necessary work has been correctly carried out.

| In the unlikely event that the vehicle details given in the Network Q Ownership Promise are
subsequently found to be incorrect, the supplying Network Q Retailer will replace your vehicle with a
similar model within 30 days, or if this is not possible, offer you a full refund.
This is providing the discrepancy is notified in writing to the Network Q
retailer within 30 days of taking delivery of the vehicle. |
